Daniel is a highly respected industry specialist with over 20 years’ experience in heavy mobile equipment across the Pilbara. A Jaru Whadjuk man, he brings Indigenous leadership, strong client relationships and a hands‑on, safety‑first approach to every project, priding himself on accurate delivery and the best outcomes for projects and clients.

Joe Burke

Director
With more than 10 years’ experience in the industry, Joe knows what it takes to get a project across the line safely, on time and within budget. He is known for his practical, hard‑working and approachable style, building strong client relationships and consistently delivering work to the highest standard as a trusted D&S Group director.

Known for raw honesty and genuine care for people, Dave brings deep knowledge and practical expertise to every job. Committed to doing things the right way, not the easy way — he takes pride in looking after clients, team members, and the community whilst maintaining the highest standards of project delivery.

With over 20 years' experience in business and operational management, Shannon has been a key part of the D&S team since day one. As Business Manager, she is responsible for core business functions — finance, payroll, human resources, mobilisation, and site logistics. Known for her practical leadership and genuine commitment to people and process, Shannon brings structure and collaboration across the business, ensuring smooth operations and dependable delivery from office to site.
