Daniel Reardon
Managing Director
Daniel has been a highly respected industry specialist over the last 20 years. He is in strong demand. He has a special interest in heavy mobile equipment and his extensive experience makes him an asset to our team. He has a hands on approach, works safely and with
accuracy. He prides himself in delivering the best outcomes forprojects and clients.

Joseph Burke
Director
With 10 years experience in the industry, Joe knows what it takes to
to get a project across the line safely, on time and within budget. He
is proud of his reputation as a reliable, practical and hard working
team player. He is approachable and he prides himself in
completing all jobs to the highest standard.

David Luxton
Director
Dave established D&S in 1993 and soon became a household name in the construction industry in the Pilbara. With over 30 years experience in delivering civil drainage and services projects, Dave has a wealth of knowledge and knowhow in successfully delivering projects for our clients.

Shannon Boyd
Business Manager
Shannon has more than 20 years' experience as an administrative professional and initially joined D&S in 2013 and more recently in 2020. As the companies Business Manager, Shannon overseas all accounts payable, receivable, payroll, human resources, mobilisation and site requirements

Community Driven
Led by Daniel Reardon, a Jaru Whadjuk man, and one of the inaugural Indigenous graduates of the Clontarf Academy, we embed Indigenous values into our operations. We are a proud Partner of the Clontarf Foundation, prioritise Aboriginal employment and aim for 25% Indigenous participation and increased Youth employment. All staff complete Indigenous Cultural Competency Training as part of our commitment to respectful and inclusive workplaces. We actively support Pilbara Indigenous suppliers and talent to contribute to the local Pilbara economy and employment. We take pride in our strong community connections as proud members of the Karratha & Districts Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KDCCI), Pilbara Indigenous Network Group, WA Mining Club and Waalitj Hub, fostering collaboration and shared success.
Sustainable Practices
We reduce our environmental impact through fleet modernisation, waste minimisation and green infrastructure initiatives. We store assets locally, use Euro 5/Tier 5 machines and explore renewable energy across mobile and fixed assets. To reduce landfill waste and promote safer work practices, we developed an in-house poly-winder to reuse poly pipe and reduce manual handling and injuries. We are committed to ensuring that all environmental impacts that result from our activities and services are managed, identified and controlled.
